Team Charactors 5 basic styles

Team Charactors:

Five basic styles: Creator, Advancer, Refiner, Executor, Flexer

1. Creator: People who generate new ideas and fresh points of view. They prefer to live in the land of possibilities. They thrive on innovation and unique solutions.

2. Adavancer: Team members who cummunicate new ideas and move them forward. They focus on the personal interactive world of feelings and relationships. They manage the human side of issues and enjoy building enthusism.

3. Refiner: Individuals who analyze a solution for flaws or enjoy revising a plan and refiners. They focus on the objective world of analytics. They use logic and a systematic approach to make sure that ideas are sound before moving them forward.

4. Executor: People who deliver concrete results and love to implement are executors. The y make sure that everyting get accomplished and they pay attention to the details.

5. Flexer: These individuals are a combination of the other styles and have an equal preference for mos of all of the roles. They can adapt to the needs of the team
